These Terms of Service govern use of GlassyHaven.shop and purchases from GlassyHavenl 日诵家居 under the GlassyHavenl brand.

1. Store use

You agree to use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You may not use the store to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.

2. Products, content, and availability

We aim to present product details, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Product images are illustrative and colors may vary with display settings. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where there is a pricing, availability, fraud, or address error.

3. Orders and payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept an order when we confirm it or dispatch the item, subject to payment authorization and availability. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout and available payment methods are shown during checkout. Prices, taxes, and any applicable import charges are displayed or calculated as described at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. In summary, eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping, processing takes 1–2 business days, transit is estimated at 4–6 business days, and return requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed items within 30 calendar days after delivery.

5. Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission except as allowed by law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
