Where do you ship?

We currently offer free standard shipping to U.S. delivery addresses.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Transit is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 5–8 business days from order placement.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are dispatched from Foshan, Guangdong, China.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Eligible U.S. orders receive Free U.S. Standard Shipping at checkout.

Can I return an item?

We accept return requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

How do I start a return request?
