This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through GlassyHaven.shop for delivery addresses in the United States.
Free U.S. standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to a U.S. address served at checkout. At checkout, the shipping option is shown as “Free U.S. Standard Shipping.” No shipping charge is added for this service.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: 1–2 business days after an order is placed.
- Transit time: 4–6 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days from the order date.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at our fulfillment location. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Fulfillment origin and tracking
Orders are dispatched from Foshan, Guangdong, China. We send shipment confirmation and tracking details when tracking is available for the selected service. Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
If duties, taxes, or import charges are assessed by the destination country, the customer is responsible for them unless a charge is expressly shown as included at checkout. Shipping is free; this does not change any tax or import obligation that may apply.
Delivery issues
If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or is materially different from its description, contact us at support@glassyhaven.shop within 30 calendar days after delivery and include your order number and supporting photos when possible. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and return instructions.
